COVID-19: preventive measures

Like you, the Groupe Leclair’s great family is closely following the developments surrounding COVID-19 in the country and wishes to inform its precious clientele of the precautionary measures put forward in the face of this exceptional situation.
 
The health and well-being of our employees, our customers, and our entire community are at the heart of our concerns and we are treating the current situation with all the urgency that it requires. All of our teams are mobilized and made aware of the importance of respecting the measures announced by the Government of Quebec to curb the spread of the virus.
 
Several actions have been taken in order to comply with the directives of the authorities and to provide you with a healthy and safe environment. This includes, but is not limited to, a strict policy of preventive withdrawal of any employee returning from a trip or presenting symptoms related to COVID-19, reducing the number of employees in our dealerships, maintaining safe distances between our customers, avoidance of physical contact, hand washing between each customer, systematic disinfection of our courtesy vehicles and our road test models as well as regular and rigorous disinfection of dealership surfaces.
 
In addition, all people returning from trips abroad, all those who experience symptoms similar to COVID-19 (cough, fever, breathing difficulties) and all those who are, for one reason or another, in isolation, are invited to comply with the authorities’ instructions. If you are part of one of these groups and have an appointment planned in our dealership, please contact our team now to postpone your appointment.

Finally, in order to facilitate the process of buying a new vehicle while respecting the social distancing instructions, we provide our customers with a variety of means of communication, allowing them to shop for their next vehicle remotely from our website. Our teams are at your service by phone, text messages, chat and email to answer all of your questions and guide you in your new vehicle’s buying process. Also, we will be able to coordinate the transaction with you and schedule the delivery of your car to your home, taking all appropriate safety measures and limiting contacts to the maximum.
